Something we learned that I thought was cool is writing formulas to find various solutions while given certain values such as writing a formula to find the area of a circle when given the circumference.  A lot these formulas are variations of what I like to use to make calculator programs. I look forward to learning more shortcuts to finding these formulas because they are very efficient and will be useful in other classes.
